    At The Races

There Are NASCAR Fans In Heaven

    Father and Son Racing

    Father and Son Racing

I know this one by heart, I have it on my wall at home.

Steering wheel has six raised cuts times two vehicles on the track. We are at a race 2 x 6 = 12

    Hebrews 12:1-2

    (1) Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,

    (2) Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.

Another Just like it written by the Apostle Paul before his death.

    2 Timothy 4:6-8

    (6) My life is coming to an end, and it is now time for me to be poured out as a sacrifice to God.

    (7) I have fought the good fight. I have completed the race. I have kept the faith.

    (8) The prize that shows I have God’s approval is now waiting for me. The Lord, who is a fair judge, will give me that prize on that day. He will give it not only to me but also to everyone who is eagerly waiting for him to come again.

Since God has led me to solve the first puzzle where his Son had been dishonored by his enemy in Egypt. I have been given his added anointing to solve the rest of his puzzles including and not limited to the middle east peace problem. Why me? What made me special?  Nothing really,  I feel I do not even deserve the call. However I would not trade it for anything,  my time with Jesus God’s Son is like having him on a nextel it’s great. The above passage states we are continually being observed by God’s messengers the Angels. Our character and lives always being observed by this great cloud of witnesses which may include the believers who have gone on, who are also watching the race.

God chose David to be king because the word tells us he was a man after God’s own heart.

    1 Samuel 13:13-14

    (13) “You did a foolish thing,” Samuel told Saul. “You didn’t follow the command of the LORD your God. If you had, the LORD would have established your kingdom over Israel permanently.

    (14) But now your kingdom will not last. The LORD has searched for a man after his own heart. The LORD has appointed him as ruler of his people, because you didn’t follow the command of the LORD.”

    1 Samuel 16:7

    (7) But the LORD said unto Samuel, Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him: for the LORD seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the LORD looketh on the heart.

God has heart he feels and the word says he seeks those who love him that he rewards those who seek diligently after him. God want’s relationship just like you have with your wife or best friend,  he want’s to be number one,  after all he made it all, number one is not too much to ask?

    Matthew 22:36-40

    (36) “Teacher, which commandment is the greatest in Moses’ Teachings?”

    (37) Jesus answered him, “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’

    (38) This is the greatest and most important commandment.

    (39) The second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as you love yourself.’

    (40) All of Moses’ Teachings and the Prophets depend on these two commandments.”

Love is the greatest commandment, which means not to war. Sixth commandment “Thou Shalt Not Kill.”

The Picture hides a lot of things like the two vehicles must have steering wheels then we have three steering wheels Father,  Son and Holy Spirit always steering me where I need to go.

The two Cars are Father and Son, which brings me to a famous race car father and son team Dale Earnhardt and Dale Earnhardt Jr. Who coincidentally drive two numbers that represent the Father and Son of the Bible the 3 car and the number 8 car.

Three we know is the Father,  Eight is complete it is actually two three’s facing each other. As it was in the begining of creation so it is at the end Father and Son together again. 33 is prominate number throughout Genesis, In Genesis 33:20 we learn for the first time God’s full name.

Jesus and his Father were always together from the very beginning of creation God knew Jesus,  he saw his Son’s mission from the start,  God saw the end of the race, and here we are nearing the final lap of that race. Together they are Eight at the Cross it is the first time one turns his back on the other, as all my sin and the sins of humanity are placed on Jesus he bore God’s wrath, so that we can have access into God’s holy presence.

Sin cannot come near, he cannot look on it,  he knows you are there he often times hears you,  he tries to steer you to a true believer. Think of the foot of the cross as the tree you would run to crying out Ollie Ollie Oxen Free, in the game of hide and seek,  after all it is a lot like that , he can not look on sin and you may be hiding because of the shame you feel it brings, that somehow you are not worthy of his love. None of us are, He knew we would mess up he made the first move to reconcile, he sent his best let Jesus bear your sin, surrender  at the cross and God will embrace you.  Know this,  your sin has been dealt with at the cross.

    1 John 1:7-10

    (7) But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.

    (8) If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.

    (9) If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

    (10) If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.

Only you are preventing, the healing and restoration process, by ignoring the teachings of Jesus.

Salvation has always been a free gift it is never earned.   Merry Christmas.
